Thoughtful Supervision for Social Workers navigating complex practice.
My Approach
I bring together relational, reflective and power-responsive practice, drawing on reflective supervision, coaching, strengths-based practice and critical reflection.
I place you, the supervisee, at the centre of our work, creating a space grounded in trust, curiosity, shared learning and professional growth. Supervision is a place where you can bring complexity, uncertainty and challenge, while also being supported to reflect deeply on your practice and professional responsibilities.
My practice is informed by my experience in Aotearoa New Zealand and my ongoing learning within the NSW social work and DFV context. I draw on the principles of partnership, participation and protection, alongside commitments to Aboriginal self-determination, cultural safety and anti-oppressive practice.
What you can expect from supervision with me
I see supervision as both supportive and challenging. Together, we explore the person, the practice and the systems around us—considering power, culture, ethics and the broader factors that shape our work.
My aim is for you to leave supervision with greater clarity, confidence and practical direction, while remaining connected to the values and purpose that brought you to social work.
What I Offer
I offer flexible supervision to support social workers and practitioners at different stages of their professional journey.
1:1 Supervision – In-person or online, tailored to your practice, role and professional development needs.
